Packaging & Delivery

Packaging Details: Raw Logs are stacked into 40 feet containers. Each container holds approximately 18.5 to 20 cubit meters. Sawn Lumber can be stacked in 20 feet containers at approximately 4,300 BM or square feet, and in 40 feet containers at approximately 8,500 BM or square feet each.
Partial payment is expected upfront and full payment is expected once containers are docked and scanned for shipment. All documents will be scanned and emailed or faxed to the buyer before shipment.

Delivery Time: FOB at Port Georgetown three (3) weeks after order is placed.

Wamara is an exotic species that is beautiful, extremely strong and a durable hardwood, that is resistant to termites. Wamara has a beautiful color mix of deep red and pink with streaks of white. It can be used for both interior and exterior furniture, but is also commonly used in doors, flooring, scantling and windows. Besides being called Wamara, the international name is Guyanese Rosewood. Scientific Name: Swartzia spp. (S. benthamiana, S. leiocalycina)
